This is a great tool for anyone living in Pennsylvania who owns a dog. Dog Kennels can be tough places but you can feel alot better if you know the kennels reputation with the government. While this service provided by the State of Pennsylvania is wonderful place keep in mind it is still the government. I like to visit and inspect a new kennel before i leave my dog there. I find any place that will not let you look around is usually un clean.
